Dr. Todd M. Chamberlain Sr.

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Chamberlain is a retired U.S. Navy veteran who proudly served on active duty for 21 years supporting Cryptologic operations, including a combat assignment supporting “Operation Iraqi Freedom.”  Dr. Chamberlain has earned his Doctorate in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity.  Additionally, Dr. Chamberlain has achieved his MBA in Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University.  Dr. Chamberlain has also earned international certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), Certified Blockchain Professional (CBCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Certified Network Defense Architect (C|NDA), and Security+ Professional.  In addition, he is a graduate of the Syracuse University, Whitman School of Business, EBV Entrepreneur Bootcamp, and the SBA-sponsored Veterans Institute for Procurement (VIP).

Dr. Celeste Chamberlain

Dr. Chamberlain has her Doctorate of Science in Emergency Management with a focus on cybersecurity for critical infrastructure. Dr. Chamberlain is a Professor who currently teaches all levels of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence at several prestigious universities. Dr. Chamberlain has also earned international certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO), and Information Systems Certification and Accreditation Professional (ISCAP). Dr. Chamberlain adds to the body of knowledge on cybersecurity issues through research and practice. She is currently published in journals such as the Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center Journal.

Mr. Douglas Bullock

In addition to his leadership and contributions to the National Intelligence and Security Communities, Mr. Bullock served twenty-three years in the United States Air Force prior to creating and selling his own successful defense contracting firm. Under Mr. Bullock’s leadership, his company enjoyed a tenfold increase in revenue, and grew with multiple federal agency contracts spanning 17 operational sites internationally. Mr. Bullock is a graduate of the Harvard Executive Program and holds a Master of Science from Webster University.

Mr. Michael Mason

Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Mr. Mason is a retired Federal Government service/Department of Defense employee after 37 years from the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). As such, he performed many positions within the intelligence career field as an all-source intelligence analyst, senior intelligence officer (SIO), HUMINT intelligence officer, HUMINT field collector, detachment chief, and Deputy Chief of Operations at the headquarters levels. Mr. Mason graduated from the University of Maryland University College with two graduate degrees. Mr. Mason holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), to include obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland University College. Additionally, Mr. Mason holds certifications in the Foundations for Information Technology and Software Engineering both at the graduate level from the University of Maryland University College. Mr. Mason served in the United States Marine Corps.
