Information System Security Officer

Complete entire Security Package from start to finish including:

  • Security Assessment Report
  • Risk Threat Matrix
  • Security Assessment Plan
  • Plan of Action and Milestone list
  • Vulnerability Assessment Report
  • Network Diagram

Cyber Vulnerability Analyst

  • Run application, database and code scans
  • Interpret the risk level of the scan results based on organizational mission and High Value Assets
  • Assist the organization in creating a risk baseline and risk tolerance level
  • Report metrics to leadership allowing leadership to make actionable decisions based on quantifiable data and trends

Policy Analyst

Organizational change starts with policy. Policies are the foundation of procedures and ties the organizations missions to its actions. IPS Policy Analyst review current policies to ensure they meet minimum compliance requirements, then we enhance the policy to go beyond. Our Policy Analyst also create new policies to govern organizational security. We then provide a full marketing campaign so the entire organization has awareness.

Program Manager

  • Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;
  • Defining the program governance (controls);
  • Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress;
  • Managing the program’s budget;
  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
  • Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies;
  • Managing and utilizing resources across projects;
  • Managing stakeholders’ communication;
  • Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager; and
  • Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.

Information System Engineer

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

Third-Party Assessors

Information System Security Officers write security packages while 3PAOs ensure that what is in the security package is indeed accurate. 3PAOs review implementation statements and validate them against artifacts, system owner interviews, system scans and more. Using IPS 3PAO service will give the organization peace of mind that you are ready for any Federal or State audit.
